Following demolition of the original industrial farm-yard buildings, three new-build energy-efficient comfortable family homes of three and five bedrooms were designed and constructed paying homage to a traditional farm complex with farm house, barn and stable conversions. Careful site planning provided comfortable communal utility space together with private gardens providing open views of the beautiful countryside within the constraints of a village centre site.
