Three traditionally-styled modern efficient family homes ranging from 2500 to 3500 sq ft.

Extensive refurbishment of the original public house involved sympathetic internal and external renovation and an extension to provide additional living accommodation resulting in a 3000 sq ft five bedroom family home. After the demolition of commercial buildings on the site, two further new build properties were designed to pay homage to historical structures previously on the site, delivering four and five bedroom energy-efficient family homes finished to a high standard. Careful site planning and simple landscaping enabled maximum density and the provision of garages for all plots on a relatively tight site.
